Living in the Redlands Coast means that we have quick and easy access to boating, kayaking and long walks or bike rides along the coast. From our base in Capalaba it is only a ten minute drive to Cleveland and Victoria Point. Alexandra Hills and Thornlands are even closer. Brisbane City is accessible via the bus stop at the end of our street and within a 30 minute drive as long as it’s not peak hour.

CAN I VISIT YOUR OFFICE IN CAPALANA TO TALK ABOUT MY WEBSITE?

Our office is a working office, rather than an office suitable for meeting clients. This keeps our overheads lower and means that we can pass on the cost savings to our clients. We usually meet clients in a local coffee shop, which has the benefit of also supporting another local business. As we are mobile, If you prefer, we can often arrange to visit you at your office or shop.

We love spending time with our clients discussing their needs. We try to keep web development jargon out of the conversation and use non technical terms that all clients can understand regardless of their exposure to Information Technology and design.

ARE YOUR NEW WEBSITE BUILDS SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY AND SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISED?

All of our new website builds are search engine friendly. We offer all of our new website clients the option of technical search engine optimisation at the time of build. A website that isn’t search engine compatible is no use to anyone. We will always advise clients in regard to search engine optimisation and what needs to be done.

WHERE CAN I SEE WEBSITES THAT YOU’VE PREVIOUSLY BUILT?

Our online portfolio displays some of our recently built websites. All of our websites are client editable and client controlled. This means that clients are free to make any changes at all to their websites and on rare occasions these changes mean that the website doesn’t look as great as it did when we built it. Our portfolio displays the site when it was finished and you can clearly see the details of the client and be assured that our portfolio is genuine.

Be very wary of businesses that advertise that they build websites but don’t have a portfolio of recently built sites to show you. We have also seen evidence of some unscrupulous providers who have portfolios filled with websites that they haven’t built. It is possible to buy a portfolio online and some scammers will do that.

All of our hosting plans come with free SSL but there are providers such as Crazy Domains, who insist that you pay an extra fee for an SSL. If you’re not sure, just ask us!

DO WE HAVE TO HOST OUR WEBSITE WITH YOU?

There is no requirement to host your website with us. We do host websites for clients using Australia’s biggest and best wholesale provider. Our web hosting is in Sydney, with Australian technicians and a call centre based in Australia.

If your website is hosted with a provider who has an overseas call centre, any issues can be time consuming to troubleshoot and for that reason we recommend using Australian hosting even though it can be slightly cheaper to host overseas. The cost savings are lost with the time spent on the phone with even a simple issue with the server.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A NEW WEBSITE IN BRISBANE?

Most websites are ready in 10 working days, however we generally quote 20 working days so that we can be sure that we will never disappoint our clients. We live by the motto of “under promise and over deliver”. It is our goal to over deliver at every opportunity for our clients.

Ecommerce or online stores can take a little longer and we usually quote 30 working days. Ensuring that the configuration of the store is spot on and customising the look and feel takes some extra time, but it is well worth the time spent ensuring that your website is beautifully matched to your brand.
